1.How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We use EMS, TNT or DHL for delivery, DHL normally takes 3-5 business days for the order to be arrived, EMS and TNT normally take 7-10 business days for the order to be arrived. Thank you.

9.Can I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order if it hasn't been processing. Simply send email to service@petshopping.net  , Note your order Number and Account Name.

Once an order is completed and Shiped, it cannot be cancelled, updated (add/remove items) or changed as we begin processing it immediately. You may return or exchange the items. Please view our Return & exchange policy for more information. 
 

 
10.I have not receive shipment confirmation email?
We apologize if you did not receive a shipment confirmation email. You may still track your package by going to our website www.petshopping.net , at the bottom of the screen click on Order Status, and type your order number and Email Account. If you do not know your order number, please send email to info@petsoo.com , and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you.
 
11.Can I place or modify an order over the phone?
Ordering over the phone or via e-mail is NOT available.

At this time, once an order is completed and shiped, it cannot be canceled, updated or changed as we begin processing your order immediately once it has been place. You may return or exchange the item/s. Please view our return & exchange policy for more information.

14.I ordered on the website and still have not receive my package?

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number. A link to the appropriate courier's site will be provided for easy tracking. You can also check your Order Status on our website if you have your order number and Email Account available. Click here to track your order.

 
15.I am a wholesaler, How to get your whoelsale price?
Whether you are wholesaler or traders of pet industry, or maybe you own a pet shop or online store, it is convenient to purchase your favorite pet supplies in our petsoo.com. We are very pleased to provide you with high quality and low overhead pet supplies from China.

16.How are the shipping charges calculated for my order?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of items in your order and the shipping method selected. Total shipping charges will automatically display on the Checkout page before you submit your order for completion.

18.What is your Returns Policy?

You may return most new, unopened items with original tags still attached to the items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee getting the product back to CHINA. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, DHL, EMS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the correct size/color. Then simply return back the first order that you do not want and we will refund the first order entirely. When you return your order, please include the original packing slip so we can tied the return back to your account. Also please make a note in with it that you have already reordered and would like a refund on the returned item.

19.How to create an account on the website www.petshopping.net?

It is very easy to create an account on our website www.petsoo.com and It's free for all users.

1. First, open the website www.petshopping.net and click on the link MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner, then select the type of account you want to register. It provides two registration types, namely, wholesaler and retailers. You can get different identities depending on different needs after registration. If you are wholesalers, we do recommend choosing the wholesaler member to complete registration. Then you can see all the wholesaler prices displayed.


2. Fill in your E-mail address, login password and other information in the registration page in petsoo.com. We recommend that you use your common email address as your login account. Because we will send all the order information to the email address your registered. In addition,if you forget the login password, you can also reset it in the registered mailbox.


Note: Sometimes our mail will be mistakenly considered as a spam. In order to avoid such things, we recommend that you can set our E-mail address to the white list.

 

 
20.I forget my login password. How can I do?

If you forget your login password in the www.petshopping.net , you can get it back by doing the following methods:

1. Open the petshopping.net and click on the link MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner, then click forgot my password?


2. Input the E-mail address that you registered as an account and fill in the verification code.


3. Click the Continue button. If it passes the system audit, the website will prompt that a new login password is sent to your E-mail address.


4. Check your Email and you will find a password retrieve notification we send to you, which contains your login information and a new password.

21.Can I cancel the dropping shipping membership service?

DROP SHIPPING service is charged by annual. The minimum turn-on time is one year. You can't stop or cancel this service durning the time.

 

 
22.I want to replace my previous email address into a new one. How can I do it?

You can log into the www.petshopping.net member center at any time, modify your shipping address, telephone number and contact information. Our system set a limit to modify the rights of user accounts. If you want to change your email address, please use your old one writting to us and tell us your new email address.We will replace it for you within a day and notify you by E-mail.



If you can't use the previous e-mail any more because of the loss of email password or other reasons, please write to us using your new e-mail with previous e-mail address, order number or parcel receiving information. When we receive the email we will check it carefully within a day and notify you by E-mail

23.I want to know which countries and regions you can delivered?

Currently, all the items are shipped from China through DHL, TNT, EMS. The delivery areas cover more than 20 countries and regions, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Finland and so on. 24.I want to buy, but my country/region is not on the list of delivery areas. How can I do?
We have listed some regular delivery areas on our national/regional form. Some relatively remote countries or cities, we have not included in it. If your country or region is not included in the list, please email us at our customer service service@petshopping.net to check if it can be delivered.
 
25.Why the shipping cost in you website is more expensive than the other similar one?
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. All our items are shipped from China to the world. The international transportation cost will be higher than the cost in the own domestic shipping.


However, the quality of our products are good and the price is relatively low compared with the price of other website's seller. If you are a wholesaler, you can also choose the free shipping services we provide which can save you a lot of cost.

26.Do I need to pay customs duties if I buy something in petshopping.net

All our items are shipped from China to the world. You do not need to pay customs duties most of time. If the money sum you paid exceeds your local Customs limits, you may be charged a little customs fee. For more details, please consult your local customs department or visit the Customs website .


In order to avoid paying customs fee, we usually mark the item as a gift on the commercial invoice when we ship it out and lower the value of the item at 0.8-1.5 U.S. Dollar. According to this standard, you can calculate how much you need to pay in your local customs or do not need to pay.
